Normally that would only matters if you are attempting to apply for a mortgage, so if you are getting one in the near future, try to get the resolution letter in writing.

That’s weird of Chase to do that. Amex and Cap One don’t do that.

I can deal with that later but right now, does that mean that the dispute was resolved in my favor since they haven’t charge my account back for the disputed amount?
