Thats what I believe how chase works, across all their cards. At one point I have disputed trasnaction on my CF, Hyatt and Amazon around the same time, and the credit report will show up as the same notation "Account under dispute".

Normally that would only matters if you are attempting to apply for a mortgage, so if you are getting one in the near future, try to get the resolution letter in writing.
