I understand card fraud is high one of my neighbors over there claims proudly to be a "Tarjetero", and I understood the first 3 times I was flagged. But I am talking about guys like you and I who fly to SDQ regularly, who have shown a pattern to Delta and not once has there been an issue with my payment. Yet still are treated like a potential criminal.

As for cards being cloned in DR. I know, it's a huge issue and thankfully mines haven't been compromised. However once at the Pizzarelli in the Zona Colonial, I saw something in the pocket of the waiter and followed him to the register. Never saw what he had in his pocket but it seemed fishy so I acted like a gringo who didn't know any better and followed him to the register.
