Yeah, when the survey was redesigned this summer the confirmation code lookup stopped working. Additionally, direct flights (e.g. SEA-KTN-JNU with the same flight number) are only find-able via the first pair, not if you're doing the through flight. Pretty wonky.

Did get a response from the SAN station manager recently from a survey response which was surprising!
