I see your point. I've never used the Other Airlines drop down entry and it suggests that (a) you wait at least a month before claiming and (b) that you should print and fax it.

If you don't want to do that I suggest you call the BAEC and seek alternatives. There are free resources for faxing online if you don't have access to a physical fax machine.
