I currently have this booked for April round trip for my wife and I, connecting on to the Maldives.

YYZ-ORD AC J
ORD-NRT NH F
NRT-BKK TG F
BKK-NRT TG F
NRT-ORD NH F
ORD-YYZ UA J

Taxes are pretty low. Right now we are the only 2 people in the F cabins!

If I can find MLE-SIN on the way home, I may make some changes going through SQ F to Jakarta and onto ICN for OZ F but well see.

Your best bet finding F space is to look 330+ days out for NH and OZ via JFK, ORD, IAH, IAD, LAX or SFO or TG from some European Cities (FRA, CDG, MUC) or some Asian cities (NRT) with the A380. No one in *A flys F from Canada.
