Add the XM ahead of time on the website. Then pick a car from the aisle that has satellite radio and when you get to the booth to check out, they should confirm that you want XM and activate it for you. If they don't, just ask the booth person to activate the XM. It usually takes about 15 minutes for the XM to work after you leave.
