Appreciate the reply...I guess doing the search automatically made me think I was looking at cost in normal AA RDM rather than Business Extra points!.

Still looking for any info on how to register/sign on or if my old Business Extra credential are good enough?

Alternatively, if anyone knows of a contact number for web support, that would be great as I couldn't find one and the Business Extra agent I spoke with had no clue about the site or how it works?
