It is a fairly easy walk distance wise and it is more or less a straight line across parking lots etc. but lack of sidewalks is an issue for part of the walk and with ploughed mounds of snow, you won't want to. In summer, I might do it if it wasn't raining and only had a roller board and wanted a bit of fresh air and exercise but never in winter.
My stay would be in March. Thanks for the information as I’ve never had to exit or overnight in YYC.
