Currently marketed as "Atton Bicknell by Novotel" I assume as it doesn't yet follow standard Novotel brand standards. There are rates earlier in 2019 on Accor.com but rack rate only. Hotels own website offers significantly cheaper rates

Re Le club - some Atton hotels are already offering Le Club benefits so not sure with this hotel whether is it only a Accor IT glitch or it isn't yet in the Le club programme.
