I’m not sure if this is the proper thread to ask this but couldn’t find any other place.

I disputed a charge on my CSR a month ago and Chase gave me a credit for the disputed amount while they investigate.

Today I noticed that Chase added a remark on my credit report under my CSR account stating “Dispute resolved; reported by grantor”.

I don’t know how to interpret this and why would they even report a charge dispute to my credit report. Also, I haven’t heard anything back from Chase... no dispute resolution letter and no charge back to my card.

Anyone had a similar experience?
