Why is it that whenever I need to make a change, SQ so often seems to say “no, not available”?
I do do my research, I see that inventory is there (whether award or revenue), I know my flight isn’t a married segment. I’m looking at the correct fare bucket..,,
it it usually takes 4 calls until I get an agent that understands what I want to do, then they do it without any issue.
Whats up up with this?
