It would be helpful if you could be more specific on routes and destinations. Are you looking at one-way in F and the other way in J because for eg. return tickets in F to Asia 1 are 215,000. Have you searched any routes on Aeroplan? Do you have an outline of an itinerary?
Everyone here will have their own ideas for flights and trips and also, some airlines like LH have very high taxes, regardless of F or J. Also, they don't release many seats in F and it's often only T-14. Other airlines don't release any F to Aeroplan or to anyone other than their own top-tier.
