I am sure others will correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think you can physically access either the Signature Suite or the US Maple Leaf Lounge as you will not be on the airside of either international or US departures.
You will have to clear Canadian Immigration first that will limit you lounge access to the Domestic Maple Leaf once you are on the airside for the Canadian departures.
