Flights were not any more turbulent compared to DL but the UA experience sure lives up to its reputation for sucking (tight seats, delayed flights, bad service).
Flew 4 segments on UA TPA-IAH in the past month and all 4 were great experiences including friendly GA's. One flight was delayed due to TS's in FL but certainly can't fault UA for that.
Anecdotal of course.
