I even know some who refuse to do fine dining in the US due to the fast experience.
We happen to dine more like Europeans—even as we are Americans. (We are Californians, which might be closer!)
At the Michelin level, I must say we’ve not noticed much difference in timing for any set menus or a la carte meals between Europe and America.
