Really but all (meaning an award and upgrade) book in X for economy, I for business and O for first.
So if there is O1 it shouldn't it be available for an award as well as an upgrade ? How is the "O-bucket" differentiated ? How can I check wether it is a O-award or O-upgrade space ?
So far in my experience there was no differentiation.
