No available seat could be found as the flight is at full capacity? WHAT?
i have Biz flight EU-IST, and when i try assign a seat, i get " No available seat could be found as the flight is at full capacity. To complete check-in, please apply to one of our check-in desks. "
I called to customer care, they also cant assign a seat.
Is these overbook?
Flight is EU-IST-America all in Biz paid K fare.
What to do in these situation? If they will downgrade me, can i get some sort of compensation or something? Change dates? How to manage these?
