Not only that, they don't have your flight available to look up if you just flew, and if you look up by flight details, it is amazingly hard to select your city. You have to scroll down but then you lose your spot. The person who made the webpage doesn't know how to program.
2 years ago I used to be able to do this on my phone app linked to my reservation. Made it very easy. I mostly used it to compliment. It no longer allows the direct link from my reservation or Confirmation code and I have to put in cities and time. It tells you that it is taking you to the website. I now Compete the surveys much less frequently.
When I had issues it was always responded and addressed.
