Nope, trying to change a flight that the website won't let me change online. Now that I have 5 hours to sit at BWI I have plenty of time to listen to WN's glorious hold music and exhortations for free bags and unlimited reward seats.
My question is more because I'm curious whether the plane originally scheduled to fly my flight was cancelled on some earlier route today and had to be changed or if WN decided another flight was more worthy of an ontime departure. The former just sucks, the latter and I'll send off a complaint email at some point.
(And yes, I understand there are other factors like crew, etc...so I'll never know for sure what happened but I'll deal with whatever assumptions I can make with the data I can get.)
