Any way to tell what plane was supposed to operate a flight?

Hi all, having a frustrating afternoon at BWI. Scheduled to be on the 5364 BWI-DTW, which has been delayed from 19:20-22:30, which seemed quite odd so I looked up the tail operating to see why. Turns out the plane operating my flight is currently (17:34 Eastern) on the ground in SJU. Here's the thing, even if everything goes right, and it lands BWI on time it would still not even arrive BWI until 21:30 Eastern - or 2 hours late to operate my flight.

So, it seems obvious my plane was swapped at some point this afternoon. Is there any way to look up what plane was supposed to operate my flight and where it is headed instead? Just arrived airport and told plane delayed due to weather - but that is either a lie or not the whole story given the current plane assigned couldn't operate my flight on time even if it could teleport SJU-BWI.

P.S. Currently A+/Companion Pass and been on hold with WN for over 30 minutes. Can't imagine the current wait for general members.
