Thanks. Used a similar line today in chat for my new 50K/3K + 10K/'after spending way more' (can't recall haha) in 12 months that we are all getting via 9 digit mailers.
I requested 20,000 miles to match to 70,000. It's kind of an awkward one with the first spend threshold, and then the next one, plus the apparent max being 20,000 bonus matching miles. Anyways, the agent responded immediately that he would process my request and I should expect the miles in 7-10 business days. He first said I should expect mail confirmation in 7-10 business days (never heard this one regarding matches), then later I asked when I should expect the miles to post to my account and he said 7-10 business days. Will post back here once the miles post.
