I recently stayed at Doubletree Luxembourg on a BA Holiday. I added my HH at check-in.

I received gold room upgrade, early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast was included in the rate.. I did not receive any HH points instead of breakfast, none for declining housekeeping and none for the stay. Also no bonus points or stay credit. I hope this helps.
