Hilton "System Error?" - Downgraded to Gold?
Checked into the hilton app (and then website) to check on a couple reservations for next week and my status showed as gold. I was diamond all last year and qualified for diamond next year a long time ago.
On the phone now and they told me there was a system error and it re qualified me for gold (even though I meet the qualifications for diamond?).
Did this happen to anyone else? Has this happened before? Might be worth checking your profiles to make sure everything is okay. I'm on the phone right now and they're trying to get me back to diamond.
EDIT: Took about 25 minutes total but they got me back to diamond status.
