Neither CS nor retention would give up a thing when reached out this morning. Annual spend over past several years averages > $15k, but got "looking at our system don't see any offers on your card....".
Got the talk about how much would lose by downgrading from Gold Card down to Green including loss of all those wonderful benefits.
Reps were polite enough, but other than that they weren't giving up nothing.
