Went thru SM on Dec 25 X'mas Day to cancel a card. Logged in this morning card was canceled.
The workaround method still work - just click the request card agreement on the side bar - it leads to the SM function, for now.
To be specific, you have to go to Credit Line Increase and THEN select card agreement from the sidebar. There is also a card agreement link on the same sidebar as the credit line increase link; but that one only lets you request a card agreement.
