I'm Prem Plat, and just noticed that the April 2019 ORD-IAD-ZRH flight I booked earlier in the month as a Business Saver Award, knowing it would be mixed cabins, is showing as X for ORD-IAD and IN for IAD-ZRH.
1. Shouldn't the ORD-IAD leg be XN? 2. What difference does it make? If I'd have a better chance to get IN, I'd ask to have the record changed, because the connection in IAD is a bit tight (and tighter as the result of a recent schedule change)
