It's to the point now with AA + PHX that I leave immediately for the off-site parking lot with our carry on and my wife waits for the checked bag(s). I won't lie and say I've made it back to Sky Harbor before AA delivered (supposedly priority) luggage, but I have made it to the lot (which includes waiting for the shuttle to arrive and do its loop and then drive over to Washington Ave.)

Delta with their 20 minute guarantee is solid in Phoenix; I've had the app alert me to "bags being delivered" before I made it to the carousel when flying economy (counting the time it takes to disembark from an A321).
