Since business name is my name anyway, just sent in regular utility statements. Rep on phone (of course, Citi) wasn't sure this would be enough. So annoying.
Exact same thing happened with me and i sent in regular utility bills but nothing from them in 10 days. I actually opened up a biz checking account so i can send in a statement because they said it would work. When did you send the docs in? and did you hear back yet?
