Is my shopping account blocked?

When I am trying to use AAdvantage Shopping portal any attempt to navigate a store (any store) results in the following message:

Sorry, an internal error occurred!

There was a problem with your request. This action has been blocked. Please contact customer service.


Does anyone have an idea what it may mean and how to fix it. Thank you for your help.
