Yes, that should be the seat map until about 60 hours before your flight where they will show which type of 772 plane it will be. Once they show it, it can still change up to the time of boarding (some FTers say it can change up to the time of landing if there's a problem and the plane has to return to another airport that is not the original destination).
Everybody is confused by all the changes and has to babysit their reservations.
Now, for you, what is important is what class you are traveling and what is your status on United Mileage Plus. This will dictate what choices you have in selecting seats. For example, if you are flying Polaris Business and are 1K or GS you can select a seat in the former first class area.
