Sounds like you haven't applied for a new TYPs card in a while. Maybe time to lower the CLs on those 2 cards, cancel one, then apply for a new card, with a new sign up bonus.
I have lowered the limits of both cards in 2011.
Approved for TY Premier in 2011 and have since closed it.
Denied for TY Preferred in 2013
Approved for Citi AA Plat personal in 2015
Denied for Citi AA Plat Biz in 2018
So I have been applying for Citi cards but just haven't been too lucky with approvals.
