Incorrect. What PTravel said was that if there is a chance your child may misbehave on a flight you should not bring them. What I and others pointed out was that prefectly reasonable children may on occasion misbehave or get an earache or suffer a host of other complaints which may "inconvenience" other passengers, and there is no way to predict that ahead of time. PTravel's response was that then those children shouldn't fly. That response effectively eliminates every child on the planet.
