wy wife was on a flight from montreal to la guardia last night. they canceled her flight because the entire computer system was down. she ended up getting on the next flight out of montreal but her bags did not arrive with her. She doesn't have baggage claims for the new flight and she filed a report with the baggage desk. the problem is that noone has contracted us and there seeems to be no way of contacting the airline with this problem. the 1800 number they gave me has been busy since yesterday and the 718 number noone picks up. Is there anything i can do

oh by the way when i type in her filed report number it indicates that they haven't traced her luggage yet.
