Cherry Blossom 2019
Anyone have a forecast for the 2019 Cherry Blossom season? I have hotels reserved and everything already but as of now, I will be arriving in Kyoto on March 31 and leaving April 5. If it doesn't hit the schedule, I'll cancel it all.
