I did not expect this to be the nicest but just reading a few post above (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/28438836-post72.html) led me to believe the lounge had better offerings than GH. I just saw a picture of the GH lounge from the Washington GH thread and it looked pretty bare as opposed to the GHNYC. And I was also wondering about the condition as opposed to the GH.
If there are no differences, I would go with the GH as is closer to tourist attractions around the Verizon center
