If you call in they can make one booking and withdraw miles from two separate accounts. But you will have to pay the phone ticketing fee. And you have to have enough for each award in each account. You can’t take 50k from one and 70k from another for two 60k flights.
since OP is Gold, phone ticketing fee is waived. However, partner fee, $12.50, is not waived regardless of status.
