From the FAQ:

- You won’t be upgraded to premium class at all if you’re in an exit row.
- You won’t be upgraded from a window or aisle seat into a premium class middle seat.
Yeahhhhh neither of those are true in my experience, Got upgraded out of an exit row to 6A yesterday morning because I hadn't called to remove the premium request yet.
