Chase is NOT as readily to move CL around cards, the thought of such is very outdated for well over 2 or more years.
On my last two Chase applications, one of which was just two months ago, approval was conditional on moving some of my other Chase card credit limits to the new card. So it may be less common than it used to be, but it's certainly not completely outdated.
