I'm in a "city view" room, and the nightclub music from downstairs is quite loud -- I can make out the lyrics from the 7th floor whenever the room's fan cuts off. Other reviews indicate that it continues until 2 AM.
Unless you are there to party and have a good time I strongly suggest not staying there Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night! It probably is even worse this weekend with all the college kids and early adults back in town for the Holidays!
Also it is even worse in the Summer when most of those places have all their doors open!
