1. AS did you a nice favor, no doubt about that.

2. You won't have F/priority tags for your luggage on QF, but for the trade-off in being able to leave the airport, I'd probably do it too.

(although who am I kidding, I'd wait for the ticket counter to open at 6, get the priority tags and then guzzle champagne in the QF lounge, I've been to that In'nOut a million times before)
