I've seen references here to this "list" of upgrade priority but I've not seen any evidence of it at my post 8/18 stays at legacy Starwood properties. The legacy Lightspeed systems didn't have any information other than Platinum, I haven't been upgraded before arrival at the desk at any legacy SPG property since 8/18 and none of them seem to know anything beyond Platinum. I've specifically asked about the list at least five legacy SPG properties and none know anything about it. As the FD agent at the W Scottsdale told me, she knows there is a system somewhere showing the status of guests that the property has but she hasn't seen it and it isn't shared with her colleagues.
That being said, I haven't stayed at a legacy SPG property that has been converted over to Marsha so hopefully that will change things.
Of course, it is disappointing that a premier legacy SPG property like PDG does only the bare minimum and doesn't distinguish upgrades between status.
