I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve with that? They are likely not going to be able to pay them their lost monies back. Maybe out of pettiness, i.e. making sure that the two will never ever be able to amass even the tiniest of fortunes?
As an airline, I'd probably put the two on a no-fly list.
