Yeah; that often is totally painless. You just tell the computer "close account", It checks to make sure it understood correctly "you want to close this account"? You say yes, and it's closed, no need for an extended discussion with a CSR.
Unlike B/A, which made DW go thru a 15 min call yesterday just to close a Premium Rewards card which was going to post an AF in Jan.
