For $600, can you prepay your cell phone bill? I know att let’s me overpay by up to $300. I also have cable tv and internet and home security through them so ATT accounts for a lot of my spend.

IMO, the last $600 would basically be offset by the signup bonus you get, so if you don’t spend it, you save it and get no bonus points, if you spend it all, then you get the bonus points.
