Row 10 has a full size door in front of it. It's the equivalent of Row 6 on the Mint A321. An FA will be in a rear facing jumpseat for takeoff and landing but the jumpseat stows during flight. It's in front of 10F.
Your personal item stows under Row 9 so you need to physically get up in order to access your bag. The distance is also far enough away that your tray table and tv are also stowed in the armrest though there is also a 2nd tray table on the seatback of Row 9.
When I fly solo between JFK-MCO, Row 10 is my row of choice since it's guaranteed all adults and massive legroom.
