We will be staying at Sheraton maui during end of this year for 5 days. I called the property and was told that there is no longer club lounge or club level. Platinum gets breakfast downstairs for 2 people or option to get points instead. My husband is lifetime platinum premier elite but I was unable to request them to block us in oceanfront hi floor . Also We are returned guests to this hotel many times, and they have placed us in building 6 , but does not look like I am getting much positive cooperation from the front desk person that I talked to. Heads up regarding the question on club lounge.
