Anyway, sounds far from measly to me, on a normal hilton redemption, that works out at equivalent to about 3-4% cashback, which is pretty impressive and far more than you'll get for any credit card here in the UK (whether it's cash or points).
No card whatsoever. Like a couple of others have said it's just the straight 10 per dollar (base points) and adding any bonuses for status and promos. I haven't been Diamond every time we've been but at least Gold except maybe for our first trip when my account was Silver IIRC.

Only 5 per dollar?! Is this since the changes to the Hilton points earning part of their loyalty program this year? Haven't checked to be honest. Or do you mean the old 5 points extra due to Points & Points (which has been discontinued)?
