If you had needed to waitlist (you don't, because PZ is available), and if you
selected to waitlist for P+ along with business, and you ended up in P+, the GPU would be considered used. You'd be given the option whether or not to waitlist for P+ when you used the certificate.
P+ upgrades book into RN class.
