I think Bonedaddy's is a chain, so I'll add that to the list... I've eaten there several times when I was on travel to Richardson/Dallas, TX. Of course, I only remember the outfits that that obscenely young waitresses were wearing, so I can't speak for the food.

Also a small chain in Denver--Brother's BBQ--has made the Denver Best Restaurant list many times. They have a delicious brisket.
